Extensive real estate experience including sales and purchases of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, landlord/tenant matters, and foreclosure.
Litigation experience in supreme, county, and district courts.
Trial experience in personal injury, commercial, criminal, and matrimonial fields.
International law experience in estate, family law, and commercial matters.
Member and past Co-Chairman of Suffolk County Bar Association Ethics Committee.
Member and Investigator for Suffolk County Bar Association Grievance Committee.
Spoken on legal aspects of the Fire Service and the Emergency Medical Service (liability, training, OSHA/NFPA, patient consent, DNR’s, FF/EMT role in chain of custody, etc.)
NYS Certified Police Instructor – teaches various legal topics such as Constitutional Law, Evidence, Laws of Arrest, and Search and Seizure.
